SEO Noida provides SEO, AI SEO, GEO, AEO, website design, website development, analytics, reporting, and consulting services. These Terms and Conditions apply to website use, consultation requests, proposal requests, and service discussions with SEO Noida.

Website use alone does not create a paid service agreement. Paid work starts only after SEO Noida receives written approval and any required payment.

For paid work, the approved proposal, invoice, email approval, or service agreement controls the service scope. If project documents differ from these terms, the project documents control that specific project.

You may use this website to read about SEO Noida, request information, book a consultation, or contact our team.

You must not misuse the website, submit false information, upload harmful files, copy website content in bulk, attack the website, or try to access private areas.

Website content is general business information. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or regulated compliance advice.

SEO Noida may provide local SEO, technical SEO, content SEO, AI SEO consultation, AI visibility review, GEO, AEO, LLM visibility work, website design, website development, analytics setup, reporting, and support.

Service details depend on the approved written scope. The written scope may define deliverables, timelines, revision limits, payment terms, reporting, access needs, and support periods.

Any work not listed in the approved scope is outside the project unless SEO Noida agrees to add it in writing.

Free consultations are limited review calls. A consultation may discuss your website, search visibility, AI visibility, project needs, and possible next steps.

SEO Noida may accept, reschedule, or decline a consultation request. Call length may vary based on availability, website size, and questions raised during the call.

Consultation notes, audit comments, and proposal ideas depend on available information, public data, tool output, and limited review time. They should not be treated as a full audit unless a full audit is included in the approved scope.

A proposal becomes active only after written approval and any required payment.

You must provide accurate business details, website details, content, brand assets, access, approvals, and feedback needed for the project.

You are responsible for checking facts, prices, offers, images, claims, testimonials, legal statements, regulated statements, and business information before publication.

You must make sure any content, files, images, testimonials, data, or account access shared with SEO Noida can lawfully be used for the project.

Delays in access, payment, feedback, approvals, or materials may change delivery dates.

SEO Noida provides strategy, audits, technical work, content work, website work, AI visibility review, and reporting. Search engines, AI tools, directories, ad platforms, social platforms, hosting providers, and other third parties control their own systems.

SEO Noida does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, AI mentions, AI citations, Google AI Overview placement, chatbot wording, or third-party platform responses.

AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and LLM visibility work focuses on website quality, content quality, technical access, source strength, entity clarity, crawl access, and visibility signals. AI platforms and search platforms decide their own results.

Results may change because of algorithm updates, platform policies, competitor activity, market demand, website changes, technical issues, content quality, user behaviour, and third-party tool limits.

Website design and development work is limited to the pages, templates, features, revisions, and support listed in the approved scope.

Unless included in writing, website maintenance, backups, malware removal, security monitoring, plugin updates, hosting support, emergency repairs, and ongoing technical support are separate services.

SEO Noida may test websites on common browsers and devices. Full device testing, browser testing, speed testing, accessibility testing, security testing, and compatibility testing are included only when stated in the approved scope.

Launch dates depend on access, approvals, domain settings, hosting, plugins, content, third-party tools, and client feedback.

Fees are listed in the approved proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Taxes are added where applicable.

SEO Noida may require advance payment before work starts. Work may pause if payment is late.

Unpaid work may not be delivered, published, transferred, or launched until payment is received.

Third-party costs are separate unless included in the approved scope. These may include domains, hosting, themes, plugins, stock images, fonts, ad spend, SEO tools, AI tools, email tools, automation tools, and paid software.

You may cancel or reschedule a free consultation by contacting SEO Noida.

Paid project cancellation must be sent in writing. Fees for completed work, planning, research, meetings, third-party costs, and reserved time may remain payable.

Refunds depend on the project stage, approved scope, work completed, time spent, and third-party costs already paid or committed.

Third-party costs may be non-refundable once paid or committed.

Project timelines start after SEO Noida receives required payment, access, content, assets, and approvals.

Delivery dates may move if you delay feedback, delay approvals, change the scope, miss payments, or provide incomplete information.

Extra revisions, new pages, added features, additional reports, urgent work, and extra support may need a separate quote.

SEO Noida is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting issues, domain issues, tool outages, missing access, or client-side changes.

You should provide role-based access where possible. Do not send passwords through public website forms.

SEO Noida may use third-party platforms for SEO, AI SEO, analytics, reporting, design, development, communication, project management, payments, and support.

These platforms may include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, CMS platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, SEO tools, AI tools, WhatsApp, email tools, form tools, CRM tools, and project tools.

Third-party platforms have their own terms, prices, limits, outages, data rules, and account policies. You remain responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, billing, and platform compliance.

After full payment, SEO Noida assigns or grants the agreed rights in final paid deliverables prepared specifically for your project, subject to the approved scope and any third-party licence terms.

SEO Noida keeps ownership of its methods, templates, processes, know-how, internal tools, working files, research notes, unused concepts, and reusable systems.

Third-party materials remain subject to third-party licences. These may include fonts, themes, plugins, images, software, scripts, tools, and stock assets.

Raw design files, editable source files, unused drafts, research notes, and internal working documents are included only when the approved scope includes them.

SEO Noida may show completed work in its portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing and SEO Noida agrees.

Both sides should protect confidential business information shared for a project.

Confidential information does not include public information, information already known, information received lawfully from another source, or information required to be disclosed by law.

SEO Noida may share project information with contractors, freelancers, advisers, or service providers where needed for assigned work.

You must not ask SEO Noida to create, publish, support, or hide unlawful, misleading, abusive, or platform-abusive work.

SEO Noida may refuse work involving spam, fake reviews, fake AI mentions, hacked content, cloaking, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, impersonation, hidden text, misleading schema, doorway pages, unlawful claims, or manipulation of search or AI systems.

SEO Noida may also refuse work that creates legal, ethical, security, platform, or reputation risk.

Website content, free consultations, audit notes, AI visibility checks, and proposal comments are provided for business discussion.

Tool data may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or wrong. AI answers may vary across tools, prompts, accounts, locations, and time.

SEO Noida does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, cybersecurity, or regulated compliance advice unless a separate qualified professional is engaged.

You should get specialist advice before relying on website content for legal, tax, financial, medical, security, or regulated matters.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, SEO Noida is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss of opportunity, platform outages, algorithm updates, ranking drops, AI answer changes, third-party tool errors, client-side changes, or delays caused by missing inputs.

For paid work, SEO Noida liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, unless applicable law requires another result.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either side may end paid work according to the approved proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

SEO Noida may pause or stop work for non-payment, unlawful requests, abusive conduct, missing access, missing approvals, platform risk, or serious policy concerns.

You must pay for completed work, approved third-party costs, and agreed expenses up to the termination date.

After project end, you should remove SEO Noida access from accounts where access is no longer needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Both sides should first try to resolve disputes through written discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, courts with jurisdiction over Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, will have jurisdiction unless a written agreement states otherwise.

SEO Noida may update these Terms and Conditions when services, tools, laws, pricing, or business processes change.

When SEO Noida updates the terms, the Last updated date on this page will change.

Paid work follows the terms accepted for that project unless both sides agree to updated terms in writing.
